Strategy and Operationalization

Our strategy development and implementation include:

  1. Developing new strategies;
  2. Conducting strategy refreshers;
  3. Developing result frameworks and work plans.
  4. Supporting implementation at the early stages, ensuring we build the technical capacity of staff/ teams to deliver.

We employ a highly consultative approach by establishing a ‘hand in glove’ type of partnership with our partners and involving the key stakeholders throughout the strategy development process. Our process includes review and collection of data, from within the organization and externally from key stakeholders, to review and analyze the past performance and results; the culture; organizational strengths, weaknesses, threats so as to capture the opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. The end result fully supported and stakeholder owned document highlighting the context and market trends and outlined the strategic direction including the vision, mission, objectives, the strategic thrusts and how the strategy will be operationalized.
